  • Identifying development needs that support corporate objectives

  • Maintaining continuous communication and cooperation with clients while keeping business interests in mind
  • Coordinating the implementation of internal and external stakeholder requirements
  • Ensuring employee engagement and improving the performance evaluation system
  • Continuously reviewing business operations and introducing corrective and preventive measures

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:
  • Proficiency in both Czech and Hungarian (business professional level)
  • Experience in organizational development and/or project management
  • Leadership experience is an advantage
  • 1-2 years of relevant professional experience
  • A proactive and dynamic approach
  • Strong problem-solving, logical thinking, and analytical skills
  • A creative mindset with a hands-on attitude
  • Willingness to work in a youthful and energetic team
