• Supporting sales for English-speaking clients
• Handling incoming customer inquiries (via phone and email)
• Developing customer relationships
• Managing complaints and claims

Elvárások:

• A few years of experience in a customer service role
• Fluent, business-proficient English – near-native level (C2 or equivalent experience)
• Excellent problem-solving skills
