Responsibilities

  • Providing customer support via phone and email
  • Handling inquiries, orders, shipping, product and service information
  • Coordinating with internal departments and colleagues
  • Performing administrative tasks within the customer service process

Requirements

  • English and one another language from the following: Romanian/Bulgarian/Slovak/Czech/Serbian/Croatian/Slovenian/Lithuanian
  • Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
  • Good problam-solving skills
  • Accuracy, reliability, and a team-player attitude

Nice-to-have

We are a fast-growing Spanish wholesale company specializing in promotional products and apparel. To expand our Central & Eastern Europe (CEE) team in Budapest, we are looking for Customer Service Representatives who are fluent in English and also speak one from these languages confidently.: Romanian, Bulgarian, Slovak, Czech, Serbian, Croatian, Slovenian, or Lithuanian
