Your new role:
We are seeking a dedicated Region Lead for our international partner, to ensure a best-in-class partner and customer experience within our Supply Chain framework.
Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily regional meetings with stakeholders and maintain an up-to-date action tracker.
  • Make decisions regarding emergency shipments.
  • Estimate daily revenue outlook.
  • Propose cost-effective and efficient Supply Chain solutions.
  • Estimate processable unit OL for the region.
  • Handle customer escalations and implement recovery actions.
  • Maintain relationships with partners and countries within the region such as the Supply Chain SPOC.
  • Coordinate operational activities.

Required Skills:

  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Experience in Order to Delivery processes.
  • Proven team leadership experience.
  • SAP experience in Supply Chain modules is a plus.
  • Advanced English proficiency (TOEIC score 785 – 900).
  • Knowledge of any other European language is a plus.
  • Experience in Sales Administration/Order to Cash is a plus.
