Your new role:
We are seeking a dedicated Region Lead for our international partner, to ensure a best-in-class partner and customer experience within our Supply Chain framework.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily regional meetings with stakeholders and maintain an up-to-date action tracker.
- Make decisions regarding emergency shipments.
- Estimate daily revenue outlook.
- Propose cost-effective and efficient Supply Chain solutions.
- Estimate processable unit OL for the region.
- Handle customer escalations and implement recovery actions.
- Maintain relationships with partners and countries within the region such as the Supply Chain SPOC.
- Coordinate operational activities.
Required Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Experience in Order to Delivery processes.
- Proven team leadership experience.
- SAP experience in Supply Chain modules is a plus.
- Advanced English proficiency (TOEIC score 785 – 900).
- Knowledge of any other European language is a plus.
- Experience in Sales Administration/Order to Cash is a plus.
