Responsibilities
- Definition, planning and implementation of improvement projects of operations to enhance end to end efficiency
- It may encompass processes related to production, supplier management, quality, logistics, human resources management.
- Development, implementation and education of industrial and Airbus operations standards
- Continuous monitoring and implementation of development goals
- Monitoring and evaluation of production results, development of improvement measures
- Monitoring of the action plans, in consistency with Airbus Helicopters standards and roadmap
- Supporting the various departments in the deployment of improvement initiatives
- Introduction of 5S
Requirements
- MSC in Mechanical Engineering
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in production area
- Active English knowledge
- Google suite knowledge
- Flexibility
- Analytical thinking, pragmatic
- Result and action oriented
- Leadership skills (even towards non direct reports)
- Certificate of no criminal record/Good conduct
