Contact Center Representative

We are searching for someone that is passionate about the automotive industry and motivated to be part of a leading international company in the premium tyre segment.
The ideal candidate acts with strong interpersonal skills and loves to be in a dynamic and competitive environment. After a period of internal trainings and consolidation of basic skills will be ready to take on this challenge characterized by the following tasks:

• The candidate will be in charge of handling inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
• Provide the customers with information about brand, products, services
• Process, insert, and manage customer orders with high accuracy
• Address customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, call center or order management preferred
• Proactivity, versatility and good problem-solving skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook is mandatory
• Mandatory knowledge of SAP and Salesforce
• Mandatory knowledge of Hungarian and English (Fluent)
• Good IT skills are preferred
• Bachelor’s degree
• Highly precise and detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
