Communication Specialist - International Educational and Sport Events

Are you passionate about communication, storytelling, and making an impact? We’re looking for a Communication Specialist to help promote international educational and sport initiatives by writing engaging content. If you're organized, creative, and passionate about education, sport and youth projects, this role could be just right for you!

About the role:
Your main responsibility will be to promote our initiatives and communicate our project, activities and impact across various channels, both online and offline. You will lead communication and marketing campaigns, create compelling stories, and build strong partnerships with new partners and stakeholders to expand our reach.
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to attend international events, experience projects firsthand, and produce engaging articles. You’ll also support the team by contributing to new project proposals and writing reports when needed.
To succeed, you must know how to engage the right audience and craft clear, compelling messages that showcase our events, activities, and results effectively.

What you will do?

• Communicate and promote our projects and events via online and offline channels.
• Manage communication and marketing campaigns.
• Build and maintain new partnerships with institutions from public and private sector.
• Support and improve the quality of project implementation, communication, and marketing efforts.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and proposals for ongoing and new projects.
• Support day-to-day administrative operations of the organization.
• Mentor interns and volunteers, helping them grow in their roles.
• Continuously learn and train yourself and the team to stay ahead in the field.

We are looking for you to be part of the E29 team if you:

• have exceptional writing skills,
• have 3+ years experience in communication
• are fluent in Hungarian and English, both written and spoken
• are independent, reliable, and results-driven
• are comfortable reaching out to institutions to build collaborations
• enjoy working in dynamic international environment and are eager to improving
• are open to traveling within the EU for events and training
