Client Support Specialist

• Strong communication skills in English (B2 or higher) and Hungarian (C1 or higher).
• Enthusiastic about learning and professional development.
• Ability and willingness to work independently and within a team.
• Interest in IT is a plus.
• Provide outstanding client support to Markit clients in Hungary.
• Manage client orders, inquiries, and warranty cases, ensuring high client satisfaction.
• Master our sales platform and back-office tools for efficient order administration and warranty case processing.
• Communicate with partners and clients to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

As part of this role, you'll collaborate directly with the Sales Manager in Hungary, while becoming an integral part of a growing team. This involvement will allow you to cultivate client relationships, provide exceptional support, and immerse yourself in the realm of IT purchasing and make a big impact within the team. You’ll work alongside an experienced Client Support Specialists and Account Managers from another teams with plenty of opportunity to learn and grow.
