Client Sales Expert B2B in Lisbon, Portugal

Workster supports the biggest worldwide outsourcing company with their support for a brand-new client - a merchant payment systems company valued at $1.0 billion. It develops payment software designed to create fast and secure payment transactions, offering services such as issuer payment processing, cloud-native payments, and business
management software-as-a-service. 

To support their massive growth in Lisbon, we are now looking for Hungarian B2B Client Sales Experts to move to Portugal and join their team! You will have relocation support, including a room in a company apartment in Lisbon for as long as you work there, airport pickup, help with documentation and flight cost reimbursement. 

Your Role
Together with your colleagues, you will engage in B2B outbound sales for small and medium- sized businesses (SMBs). You will work with a high volume of hot leads, aiming for a conversion rate of 15% with an expected 3-5 sales per day.

• Engaging potential accounts by calling leads provided
  by the client.
• Employing negotiation skills to close agreements and
  onboard new clients.
• Managing each sales opportunity with unwavering
  persistence and focus on closing sales.
• Adapting and innovating work processes, finding the
  most effective paths to seal deals.

• Native level of Hungarian
• Good English skills (B2)
• Willing to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently under deadline pressure
• Very good accuracy and attention to detail, understanding that small details can make the biggest
  difference.
• Proven ability to work and make decisions with minimal supervision.
• Proactively utilize strong problem-solving skills to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Working in a back-office environment with customer satisfaction in mind
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Interest in self and team KPIs – focusing on what can be done instead of what cannot be.
• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage; otherwise, we can help with that.
