Chief Accountant

Main activities:

• Ensure compliance of the reporting with the group accounting principles
• Support the preparation of the budget and forecast of the company
• Support of the controlling of the company 
• Handle monthly, and annual closings
• Cash management
• Management of the accounting team
• Travel expenses process 
• Improve financial processes (closing, payments, stock count pocess, cost saving…)
• Dealing with authorities, banks, insurances, rental topic and administrative tasks related to the site of the company

• Specialized (Finance / Accounting) higher education
• Solid few years experience within a financial environment (preferably multinational company)
• Familiar with reporting in international group
• Up-to-date accounting and taxation knowledge, ensuring compliance with laws
• IFRS knowledge as advantage, but a must to learn and use it on the job
• Knowledge of SAP ERP system would be a plus
• Good English and fluent Hungarian
• Open personality, loyal, strictly confidential (sense of discretion), priority management, sense of urgency, rigorous and pragmatic, well organized, diplomatic, proactive, business acumen
