Main Responsibilities:
· Defines and implements a high quality cultural Change Management Program and its strategy related to the Group IT Transformation project. Leads and establishes the proper Change management Strategy of the Program and establishes the tools, methodology which support the execution in the 3 main countries of MOL Group.
· Manages and encourages change to achieve the objectives, by boosting the involvement and engagement of all areas, and ensuring proper management of our service and team performance. Influence the type of work within the organizations, departments to ensures an effective methodology of the team which is governed by Lean and change management principles, supporting the achievements of MOL Group IT objectives.
· Defines and executes a high quality transparent Communication strategy to strengthen the IT visibility and re-design the IT brand within the organization and outside of it with special focus on stakeholder management.
· Responsible for the preparation and continuous maintenance of Group IT related communication materials like booklet, newsletters, satisfaction and engagement surveys, moodchecks, articles etc. in cooperation with the Communication department to strengthen the visibility & success of Group IT. Collects and analyse feedbacks of the services and initiate regular survey. Defines the necessary action steps and responsible for the coordination and execution
· Ensures the effective linking and harmonization of the Group IT operation with other relevant running programs within MOL Group in terms of change management and culture change, inserts those benefits into the processes which supports achieving the defined goals.
· Participate in the establishment, execution and monitoring of action plans related to Group IT strategical objectives with aiming increased visibility & branding on internal relationships (employees, stakeholder, end-user).
· Support the management team in other relevant tasks. Focusing on leadership’s support in driving and sustaining change, expand on stakeholder management to include building partnerships, managing resistance, and aligning interests across diverse groups. Responsible for designing and coordination of different training programs in this regard.
