• Maintain and update the Purchase Order (PO) system, support system development, and act as a key user
  • Handle contract management, including documentation, approvals, and postal administration
  • Communicate with suppliers daily, request quotes, onboard new vendors, and manage supplier relationships
  • Assist in preparing tender documents and supporting the tender process
  • Resolve billing discrepancies, introduce new items or product codes for existing partners
  • Prepare contracts based on templates and document partner settings
  • Proactively communicate with internal colleagues and suppliers via email and phone

Elvárások:

  • 2-4 years of experience in an administrative or procurement-related role
  • Intermediate English proficiency (written and spoken)
  • Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel
  • Experience in contract management or project coordination is an advantage
  • Ability to work independently, proactively, and with flexibility
  • Background in finance, logistics, or a related field is preferred
