Assistant Restaurant Manager

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service.
• Train, mentor, and motivate restaurant staff to maintain high standards of service and professionalism.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.
• Monitor and maintain restaurant supplies and equipment.
• Assist in scheduling and payroll management for restaurant staff.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in implementing and maintaining quality control standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a restaurant or hospitality role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory position.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in restaurant management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
