Assembly Line Manager
Feladatok
- Assist the partner’s team to ensure that works are being done as in the
original site in Zaragoza - Coordinate global action within the team located in partner to be
communicated to the partner’s team - On the event of any deviation, study the case and take actions to resolve it
- Daily review of work progress according to schedule
- Daily quality review and analysis of any issues that may arise
- Solve with partner any technical or management issues
- Verify checklists for handover to testing stage together with partner (control of
modifications, pending material-delayed works, pending quality defects) - Report to Project Management Team (on weekly basis meetings) and responsible the progress and difficulties to achieve the key indicators
Követelmények
- Minimum 3 years of work experience as a team leader / foreman / supervisor
- Experience in employee management
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Hungarian language knowledge
- Strong communication and social skills
- Willingness to travel internationally
