• Managing work of 7 stores in Budapest
• Responsibility for achieving the sales targets
• Building teams
• Taking care of improvements and effective functioning of each store
• Budget controlling
• Coordinating new openings
• Developing employees, including trainings & coaching
• Market analysis
• Building positive image on the market

• Min. 2 years of experience on the position of Area Manager in fashion industry
• Experience in active customer service approach, with proven sales successes
• Higher education
• Fluent English
• Very good leadership skills, especially in motivating and engaging teams
• Readiness for mobile work
• Driving license
• Knowledge of Hungarian labor law
• High target-orientation and effectiveness
• Initiative and independence
• Ability to analyse key sales indicators and implementing proper actions
• High awareness of customer service standards
