ARC Junior Analyst Intern

Feladatok:

• Ensure adherence to tasks outlined in the QMS Systems of GBS Europe
• Execute quarter-end and month-end close processes accurately and on time for complex business areas, resolving issues by referencing the Group Reporting Manual and collaborating with Business, Country teams, and the BPO
• Perform non-close-related group reporting activities (daily, weekly, monthly) with a high level of independence
• Work closely with the Senior ARC Analyst, ODM, Business, Country teams, and BPO to align with priorities and deliver on key objectives
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains within own work area
• Conduct balance sheet reconciliations for supported businesses/countries, reviewing BPO-performed reconciliations and independently managing query resolution
• Provide support for intercompany transactions as required
• Assist in Statutory and Tax reporting by working with the Stats and Tax lead accountants to align on priorities and ensure accurate reporting
• Collaborate with Business, Country teams, and BPO to ensure a clear understanding of all accounting entries, addressing and resolving queries proactively
• Review and support the BPO teams in their assigned areas to ensure compliance with financial controls and reporting standards
• Independently handle queries and issue resolution by leveraging resources such as the Group Reporting Manual and internal support structures within GBS

Elvárások:

• Ongoing studies and active Hungarian student status for at least 6 more months 
• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master's degree in Economics or Finance and accounting studies or any related field
• Finance related analytical skills
• At least Intermediate English knowledge both written and verbal
• Working knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
